How do I access my account?

How do I change/update my payment information?
Next time you have an item in your cart, you will have the option to update your payment method before checking out.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards and PayPal.

How can I cancel an order that I just placed?
Orders are not eligible for cancellation unless the customer has ordered a duplicate item in error.  In that case, online account credit will be issued and the order will be cancelled as long as it is not in process or has been fulfilled.  Orders cannot be cancelled at that point. Please send us a FB message directly, and customer service will be able to assist you in determining if your order is eligible.

How do I get in contact with you?  
We've found that doing support on Facebook is much easier than through email or comments on posts in the group, since our group is too big and we may miss too many. Please click here ( and then click on Send Message. We will be happy to help you there with any questions you have.

How do I delete a waitlisted item?
Go to your account page:, and scroll down to the waitlist section of your account.  Click on the little garbage can icon located at the top left of each item's photo you wish to delete.

How can I find your Facebook groups?
We have two closed groups on Facebook titled Ten Dollar Fashion Attic Online and Fifteen Dollar Fashion Attic Online - Curvy Sizes Only. We invite you to join each one!

How can I install and filter in the app?
Tap on the "Filter" button and select your size.  You'll also want to turn on the option to only see what's in stock.

How can I be notified when you go live?
We sometimes send out a notification on Facebook Messenger before we go live, so go to your account page here and make sure you’ve enabled it: ( Also make sure SMS text messages are enabled. In the near future we will start sending out text messages before we go live!   You can double check that Facebook Messenger is connected when you check out!

Has my order shipped yet?
To see if your orders have shipped, log into your account page here:  Scroll down until you see these tabs, then click on them to see where your order is. If it is under Fulfilled Orders, there will be a tracking number you can click on for updated information about delivery. 

Have you received my return yet?
To see if your credit has been issued to you, go to your account page: (  In the top upper-left-hand corner of the page, you will see any Account Balance that you have.  Please note: returns may take a few days to be processed once we receive them

What is your return policy?
We allow returns/exchanges within 14 days of your order being delivered. Sale items and live sale items are FINAL SALE. They are not eligible for returns or exchanges.  You can return regular-priced items via USPS to Marisa Jill's Boutique, 515 Lynn Ave., Jefferson, GA 30549. Include the original mailing label please (the invoice is on the back!). If you don't have the mailing label, please include a note with your Facebook name & email. Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days to process it for online account credit.

How much is shipping?
Shipping on each item is $3. We actually lose money on each item, because Uncle Sam and the USPS actually charge us a minimum of $3.60! The only way we can not lose a train full of money overall is to consistently charge $3.  If the item weighs more and the shipping cost is higher, the post will explain that and/or you'll see the postage cost in your cart before you finalize checkout. Thank you for understanding!

Do you have a size chart?
For your convenience, this chart is located in the Announcement pinned to the top of our closed group. If we think items don’t run true-to-size, we’ll let you know.

We don't have measurements because every vendor is differen,t and we purchase from over 100 vendors.  We do not carry petite or tall sizes.
Most of our items are true-to-size. If something runs small or big, we try to indicate it in the post. We buy from hundreds of vendors, so it is hard to say specifically one way or the other. That is also why we try and have a live model show all of our product in videos.

I have an account credit - how do I use it?
To use an account credit, after you have items in your shopping cart and are ready to check out, click on the option to apply your account credit to your order.

How does the waitlist work?
We are a closeout company, and because we buy closeouts, we can never guarantee that we will get an item back in again. A lot of the time we can't, unless it is part of our basics program, Marisa's original designs, or a few special vendors Marisa works with. If the item becomes available again, it will be automatically added to your cart. You’ll be notified here in Facebook Messenger that you have 1 hour to pay for it. If you have Waitlist Authorized the item, your credit card will automatically be charged and you’ll be sent the item (only for the next 30 days). To move yourself to be first on the waitlist (Waitlist Authorization), go to your account page: and provide a method of payment for us to charge in the event the item comes back in stock!
