How to Order: Comment Sold, your Size, & your email address (only if it's your first time ordering with us). If you would like to purchase multiple quantities of the same item, write a separate comment for each item.
Payment: If we have your email address (see the previous paragraph), you will receive an invoice via email. Otherwise, go to https://fashionattic.commentsold.com/account to pay. Invoices MUST be paid within one hour to avoid cancellation. We accept credit cards or PayPal.
Availability: Unless an item says WAITLIST, the item is in stock. If we restock an item, you will receive a notification & invoice.
Waitlist Authorization: When a customer is waitlisted, they can bump themselves to the top of the list by accessing the item in their waitlist tab & choosing, "Be first on the waitlist." This gives us permission to charge their card & create an order IF the item is back in stock.

Shipping: You can pick up locally at the warehouse located inside Cotton Mill Consignments, 515 Lynn Ave., Jefferson, GA 30549. Otherwise, your order will ship via USPS within 2-3 business days after your invoice is paid. Shipping is a flat rate of $3 per item in the continental US. (Items that weigh over 15 ounces will be charged at a higher rate.)
Pickup Orders: Only items ordered from GA are eligible for pickup. If an order is not picked up within 6 months of fulfillment, the order will be disposed of.
Return Policy: Product must be in original condition, having not been worn or washed. For close-out products, we allow exchanges within 14 days of your order being delivered. SALE and SAMPLE SALE items are FINAL SALE. They are not eligible for exchange. For in-line MJ Boutique product (this will be identified in the post itself, 95% of our items are NOT MJ Boutique product), you have 14 days to return the product for a full refund, minus shipping. Only items above $14.99 are eligible for full returns (meaning credit/debit cards and PayPal), items under this price will get Store Credit.

Include the original mailing label please (the invoice is on the back!). If you don't have the mailing label, please include a note with your Facebook name & email. Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days to process it for online account credit. *Please note that we do not reimburse for the return shipping charge, and unless the item is defective (damaged, stained, etc.) or is our fault (wrong size, wrong item, etc.), the original shipping charge will not be refunded.*
**If you send in an item not eligible for return based on the policy above, a $3 shipping charge must be paid for us to send the item back to you.

Cart: If you comment on an item and don't receive an automated response, log into your account at https://fashionattic.commentsold.com/account and check your cart! We've had to shut off a couple of the automated responses because they put Marisa in Facebook jail! Always check your account after you comment on items, so you don't miss them.
Pre-sale Items: On Marisa Jill custom pre-sale items, we reserve the right to alter the item to promote efficiency and cost-effectiveness throughout production. The overall style and fabric of the original design will remain the same.
